Greenhouse humidification and coolinginnovative technology

Advanced technology
Our advanced humidification and cooling system leverages adiabatic cooling and fine water mist to create the perfect environment for plant growth. By maintaining optimal humidity and temperature levels, this technology enhances crop cultivation while ensuring a stable and controlled greenhouse climate.
Using the natural process of evaporation, the system efficiently cools and humidifies the air, promoting healthier plants and improved yields—all with minimal energy consumption.

Benefits and applications
Optimized Growing Conditions
Maintaining the right humidity and temperature is essential for healthy plant growth, reducing the risk of disease, and improving crop quality.
Higher Yields
Stable conditions lead to increased yields and better fruit quality, directly impacting productivity.
Ideal for Cucumber and Tomato Cultivation
This technology is especially beneficial for crops like cucumbers and tomatoes, which require consistent humidity and temperature levels. It is particularly valuable during the summer months when high temperatures and low humidity can stress plants.

Air humidification and cooling on a farm in Nováky
In 2017, we successfully implemented a high- pressure cooling and humidification system in greenhouses on a tomato farm in Nováky. The project involved two greenhouses—one equipped with our jet humidification system, while the other remained without it, allowing for a direct comparison of results.

The comparison of temperatures in the greenhouses revealed a significant difference. In the greenhouse equipped with the high-pressure humidification system, the air temperature was noticeably lower, positively impacting both the quality and yield of the tomatoes. Conversely, the greenhouse without the system struggled to maintain optimal climate conditions, leading to less favorable cultivation results.
The temperature in the greenhouse with the humidification system averaged 6-7 °C lower compared to the greenhouse without cooling.
In the greenhouse without the system, temperatures closely mirrored outdoor conditions, which can adversely affect crops, especially on hot days.
The system is designed to maintain a preset temperature of 27 °C, which is optimal for growing tomatoes, and the lower temperature in the greenhouse enhances growth conditions.
